Birthday Celebration Cleanup Party

Come join us in celebrating the two-year anniversary of the des-ignation of the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monu-ment. We will celebrate the Monument through stewardship of the resources and the day’s activities will focus on graffiti remov-al and trash cleanup at Kilbourne Hole. Kilbourne Hole is a unique geological feature, a volcanic maar, located within the Po-trillos Mountain complex of the National Monument.

1733 E University Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88001

Kilbourne Hole can be challenging to find since it requires navi-gation on roads that are not always well signed. For those who would like to carpool and caravan to the site, we will meet at 7:45 a.m. at Milagro Coffee. We will leave promptly at 8 a.m.
