“I’m delighted to serve as the artist-in-residence at Organ Mountains Desert Peaks National Monument in May 2017. As a visitor from Colorado, I look forward to learning more about this land, and its relationship to the local people, both past and present. My goal is to retell this story through my art as part of the ongoing discussion about the importance of public lands.”
