SafetyBird is an introduction to bikepacking on the Monumental Loop! Registration is closed!

This year, SafetyBird kicks off Saturday,  November 8th.

Monumental Loop

The Monumental Loop is a 250 mile informal route that connects the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument! Unlike other national monuments, OMDP is divided by interstates. The half a million acres of protected landscape is separated into four parts: the Organ Mountains, the Doña Anas, the Sierra de Las Uvas, and the Portrillos. Every year, we organize an annual ride for bikepackers, and local cyclists to experience the entirety of this monument our community worked for years to protect through federal designation.
