Welcome to CAMP OMDP
We are bringing the spirit of summer camp to downtown Las Cruces with a free, family friendly evening celebrating 25 years of the National Conservation Lands. Camp vibes (no tents required), music, and fun activities.
What to Expect
Enjoy music from DJ Topo Chica, hear from special guest Senator Martin Heinrich along with other inspiring speakers, and fun for all ages. Dan the Snake Man will be there with his reptiles for an interactive wildlife experience. We’ll have s’mores for a classic camp treat, and a stamp station to create your own one of a kind Camp OMDP merch. We’ll have food from Happy Dog Food Truck & adult beverages for those 21+ by Dry Point Distillers (Cash bar).
What to Bring
Bring a lawn chair or blanket if you’d like a comfortable spot to sit back and enjoy the music and program (We’ll have seating if not). If you want to participate in the stamping activity, bring a shirt or other fabric item to customize.
Camp OMDP is a chance for us to gather as a community, make new memories, and celebrate the lands that connect us all. Whether you come for the music, the food, the activities, or the atmosphere, you will leave with a deeper connection to the places we all care about.
