Irene Holguin received her Bachelors in Management from New Mexico State University. With a passion for keeping our environment healthy, she believes the answer to our overwhelming issues with litter and recycling is stopping our dependence on single use plastic. She also currently sits on the New Mexico Clean & Beautiful Committee. She has been blessed with having traveled to different countries and various states throughout the USA, but she considers Las Cruces the prettiest place on earth with its rich culture and beautiful sceneries. Her other passions are gardening and spending time with her three grandchildren. Serving on board of the FOMDP will be an honor and a pleasure as she is committed to helping protect our public lands and waterways.
