Press Release: Artist in Residence Program Launches

The Bureau of Land Management and Friends of Organ Mountains Desert Peaks is proud to announce the first Artist in Residence Program at the Organ Mountains Desert Peaks National Monument taking place September 1-31, 2015. The program featuring local artist, Meg Freyermuth, utilizes the artist’s unique skills to depict the historic, cultural, geologic, and plant and wildlife features that provide a deeper understanding of public lands.
